Arrived with a small surface mark
One of the four units we ordered had a faint scuff on the side panel — noticeable under direct light. Raised it with the supplier and a replacement panel was sorted without fuss, so the after-sales response was good. The other three units arrived in perfect condition and have been installed and performing well for three months now. The stainless construction is genuinely corrosion-resistant; we have had no issues in the high-moisture environment of our spa changing rooms.
