Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 working day after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Methods & Times
We deliver across the UK using trusted courier services - Nova Post.
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on location and order size.
Larger or bulk orders (for example, pallets of paper products or equipment such as bins, dispensers, hygiene stands and sign plates) may take slightly longer.
Delivery Charges
Free standard UK delivery on orders over £50 (standard parcels up to 30 kg) — this covers the vast majority of orders.
Orders under £50: standard delivery is calculated by weight, from £7.
Large or heavy orders (over 30 kg): bulk and pallet quantities ship as freight and are charged by weight, even on orders over £50. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Why the 30 kg limit? Heavy bulk and pallet orders cost significantly more to ship, so we charge those fairly rather than building the cost into everyone’s prices. Placing a large order? Get in touch — we’ll help you find the most cost-effective option (a full pallet is often cheaper per kg).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.
For courier shipments, tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that delivery details are correct at the time of placing the order.
If the courier cannot deliver because of incorrect details or no one being available to receive the delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours at info@tishahygiene.co.uk or call us on 020 38 777 577 so we can resolve the issue.
International Shipping
For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order. We’ll be happy to calculate the delivery costs and discuss the details with you.
