Blue colour code holds up to washing
Our chippy uses the blue rolls in the frying area and the staff room kitchen separately — the colour code keeps food-contact wiping distinct from general cleaning, which satisfies our food hygiene rating auditor. At 14.4 cm wide the sheets are a practical size; not too large for a quick wipe-down, not so small you need three at once. The 2-ply construction means you rarely need to double up.
