★★★★☆
Good product, packaging took a knock
The towels themselves are exactly what we need — blue-coded for the clinic prep area, proper Z-fold format, 150 sheets per pack is a practical size for our storeroom. Our first delivery arrived with one outer carton crushed at the corner; sheets in that pack were slightly creased but still usable. Everything since has arrived in good condition. The recycled fibre has a slight texture compared to cellulose, which some staff have noted, but for a clinical support area it is entirely appropriate.
