★★★★☆
Good value, delivery was a day late
The rolls themselves are excellent — 120 m is genuinely long-lasting in our café toilets and the compact dispenser compatibility means we didn't need to buy new hardware. Our last order arrived a day outside the quoted 2–5 working day window, which caused a minor scramble as we were nearly out. Tisha flagged a courier delay when I asked, so fair enough. Quality of the product hasn't changed across four orders.
