We switched from a supermarket-branded Z-fold to these and worked out we are saving roughly 9% per sheet across a case of 25 packs. The blue colour is consistent batch to batch, which matters for HACCP audits where inspectors check the colour-coding visually. Single-ply construction means usage per hand-dry is very manageable — staff are not doubling up. Would recommend to any food-service operation that needs proper Z-fold towels rather than a V-fold workaround.
