★★★★☆
Noticeably better than standard, slight texture
The premium grade is a clear step above the standard recycled green roll — the GSM difference is perceptible when you hold them. For our hotel staff kitchens it works well. I do notice a slight texture on the sheet surface compared to cellulose alternatives, which is fine for wiping down but might not suit a very guest-facing washroom. For back-of-house and staff areas it is the right balance of eco and performance.
