Quality stainless, packaging could be better
The dispenser arrived in plain cardboard with no foam padding around the mirror-finish panel — there was a faint surface scratch on one corner that required polishing out. The unit itself is solid: the 150-sheet capacity suits our gallery visitor washrooms and the mirror finish aligns with our gallery aesthetic. The two-year warranty gives confidence for a public-facing installation. Would just recommend Tisha review the packaging for mirror-finish units specifically, as surface marks on polished steel are difficult to avoid in transit without protection.
