Right capacity for a busy kitchen corridor
We fitted these in the back-of-house corridor of our restaurant where paper towel use is heavy throughout service. The 25L capacity means staff do not need to break mid-service to empty. At 355 x 160 x 460mm it is noticeable but not obtrusive in a commercial corridor. The powder coat on the black version is holding well after nine months of regular wiping with food-safe surface spray. Wall fixings provided were more than adequate for our brick walls.
