The stand itself is exactly as described — metal, heavy, stable, and the infrared sensor works reliably for touch-free dispense in our gym entrance. After six months it has been used by hundreds of members per week without any mechanical issues. The one gap I found when ordering was that the power source is not explicitly stated on the product page — we discovered on arrival that it uses batteries, which was fine but would have been useful to know in advance for our procurement checklist. Would be helpful to confirm battery type and expected life. The unit itself has been faultless.
