★★★★☆
Solid eco option, first order slightly delayed
The natural colour and 2-ply recycled construction are exactly what our wholefood café needed to match our unbleached-everything washroom theme. Our first order took six working days rather than the quoted two to five — Tisha's customer service explained a stock issue and followed up promptly, so no real complaint there. Subsequent orders have arrived on time. The V-fold interfold dispenses cleanly in our existing dispenser; no issues with the 22.5 cm sheet width.
