Solid unit, installation needs patience
The bin quality is not in question — stainless is heavy-gauge and the brushed finish is consistent. My note is that the drilling template on the instruction sheet could be clearer; I had to measure twice before committing. Once up, the bracket is rock solid and the 3.6 kg unit hangs without any flex. We have had it in our museum's accessible washroom for five months and it is performing exactly as it should. Would buy again — just allow twenty minutes rather than ten for a careful installation.
