★★★★☆
Very good product, slight texture preference
For back-of-house cleaning and surface prep these white wiper rolls are excellent — 216 m lasts our kitchen a good week and a half, and they handle hot water and cleaning fluid without disintegrating. My small note is that the AirPocket embossing makes the surface slightly less smooth than a flat-sheet wiper, which some of our chefs prefer when wiping chrome surfaces. Purely a texture preference, not a quality issue. We're still buying.
