Works well but arrives unboxed inside outer carton
The dispenser quality is good — the 1.05 kg black powder-coat unit feels solid, the lock functions properly and after four months in a busy café restroom it looks the same as day one. The minor point is purely about delivery: the dispenser arrived loose inside a plain outer carton with no internal packaging, so the finish had a couple of micro-scratches on arrival. Nothing visible once mounted, but for a powder-coat surface it would be worth wrapping individually. The unit itself has been faultless and the 200-sheet capacity suits our volume.
