Every dispenser ships with the unit itself, a wall-mount back plate, fixing screws, wall plugs, and 2 keys for the lock. No additional hardware is needed for standard installations on tile, plaster, or concrete.
How long does installation take?
Most wall-mounted dispensers can be fitted in under 10 minutes. Fix the back plate, slot the dispenser body on, and lock it in place. No specialist tools are required beyond a drill and screwdriver.
What material is the dispenser body made from?
Our dispensers are constructed from powder-coated steel or high-impact ABS plastic, depending on the model. Steel models suit high-traffic commercial washrooms; ABS models are lighter and resistant to corrosion in humid environments.
What does the warranty cover?
The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use — including the lock mechanism, hinges, and dispenser body. Damage from misuse or improper installation is not covered.
