For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed paper products. Once a box or case is opened, its hygienic integrity is compromised, and it cannot be resold.
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Please get in touch with us before returning any products so we can guide you through the process.
