Recycled Toilet Seat Covers – 1/4 Fold (Bulk Case)

The 1/4-fold format requires a quarter-fold seat cover dispenser — a wall-mounted unit with a narrower slot than the 1/2-fold equivalent, presenting covers in a more compact stack. Tisha offers compatible dispensers in the metal black and white finish and the stainless steel finish. When unfolded, the cover opens to the full 36.5 × 42.0 cm seat dimensions. Do not load 1/4-fold covers into a 1/2-fold dispenser — the fold depth is different and the covers will not dispense correctly.

Both options ship 25 boxes per case: the 150-sheet option gives 3,750 covers per case; the 200-sheet option gives 5,000 covers per case. The 150-sheet box suits sites where dispensers are topped up frequently and storage is limited — smaller hotels, dental practices, or boutique gyms. The 200-sheet box reduces top-up frequency and is the better value option for high-footfall sites: airports, NHS facilities, leisure centres, or large office buildings. Choose based on how often your cleaning team services the dispensers and how much shelf space is available.

The 150-sheet case provides 3,750 covers; the 200-sheet case provides 5,000. In a two-cubicle office toilet with 40 daily uses and 80% uptake, the 200-sheet case would last approximately 62 days — just over two months. A busy gym with 120 daily members and high cover uptake would go through the 200-sheet case in roughly six weeks. Healthcare facilities with near-100% usage at 60 patient visits per day would use the 200-sheet case in just over two months. These are estimates; actual usage varies by facility type and user behaviour.

These covers are 1-ply, made from 100% recycled fibre, bleached to 78% brightness, and measure 36.5 × 42.0 cm when fully open. GSM is 17. They are made from recycled fibre at an ISO 9001-certified facility. ISO 9001 covers the production process, not the fibre content: we do not currently hold a recycled-content certificate such as FSC Recycled. If your tender requires one, tell us before ordering. They are flushable and dissolve in water, making them safe for standard UK plumbing. Using recycled fibre reduces raw material demand and is the lower-impact choice for organisations with sustainability or green procurement commitments. Orders dispatch within 1 working day and are delivered within 2–5 working days UK-wide. A next-day courier option is available for London customers. Unopened cases in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Opened boxes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
